SKILLS: If your child likes to dig in with their hands, they will have so much fun participating in our dough series! Each class will have a different ‘dough’ focus, ranging from pastas and ravioli to pies to pirogies and pot stickers to pizza and bread.

FORMAT: These classes are all hands on. We will make several recipes as a group and enjoy our meal at the end of class. Take home recipes and any leftovers. Sign up for the 4 week series or choose the weeks that work for you. $40/class or all 4 for $145.

Week 1: This week is all about pies and tarts. We’ll make them from scratch, of course! If we have some scraps of dough, we’ll come up with something fun to make! TIMING: Sunday, November 25, 2018 from 3:30-5:30PM ages 11+. Or, Monday, November 26, 2018 from 3:45-5:45PM ages 8-12.

Week 2: Pasta and Ravioli. We’ll make them from scratch, of course! TIMING: Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 3:30-5:30PM ages 11+. Or, Monday, December 3, 2018 from 3:45-5:45PM ages 8-12.

Week 3: Pierogis and pot stickers.  Again, we’ll be making them from scratch! TIMING: Sunday, November 18, 2018 (NOTE DATE CHANGE) from 3:30-5:30PM ages 11+. Or, Monday, December 10, 2018 from 3:45-5:45PM ages 8-12.

Week 4: Pizza and bread twists. Maybe even a calzone. And, all of it from scratch! There are so many fun things to make with pizza dough! TIMING: Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 3:30-5:30PM ages 11+. Or, Monday, December 17, 2018 from 3:45-5:45PM ages 8-12.
