2-HOUR HANDS-ON COOKING CLASSES FOR KIDS & TEENS

OVERVIEW: Our 2024 Around the World Series is open for registration! Your kid or teen will have the opportunity to make a variety of delicious dinners while honing lots of skills in the kitchen! You may sign up for the entire series or just the classes that work for you. See below for specific class menus!

SKILLS: The kids and teens do all of the work in these classes: measuring, mixing, chopping, whisking, kneading, using the stove, and using the oven, to name a few! We will practice some science, math, and even art along the way. Extra attention is always given to proper knife skills!

FORMAT: These classes are all hands-on. We will make several recipes as a group and enjoy our meal at the end of class. Take home recipes and any leftovers.

COST: $65 per participant per class or $190 for all 3 classes

MIDDLE EASTERN FARE | Sunday, April 7th | noon - 2 PM

• We’ll make homemade flatbread, hummus, tzatziki, and falafel!

ITALIAN FARE | Sunday, April 21st | 2-4 PM (note later time) | 4 spots available

• In this class, we’ll make gnocchi from scratch! We’ll also make a sage brown butter sauce.

MEXICAN FARE | Sunday, May 5th | noon-2 PM | 1 spot available

• We’ll celebrate Cinco de Mayo by making homemade tortillas and using them to make individual pans of enchiladas, with a homemade salsa verde.
