2024 KID & TEEN Summer Camps
REGISTRATION OPENS ON FEBRUARY 1st!
2-HOUR HANDS-ON COOKING CAMPS FOR KIDS & TEENS, 4 DAYS IN A ROW
OVERVIEW: We have 10 sessions to choose from this summer! These classes are all hands-on. Each camp runs 4 consecutive days, Monday through Thursday for 2 hours each day. Each day, we will make several recipes as a group. Camps are open to ages 6 and up; see details for more information on which camp is most age-appropriate.
THEY WILL BE SO PROUD OF THEIR CREATIONS! We’ve learned that the kids are SO PROUD of what they make, that they want to take some home and share it with family! We make quite a bit and encourage to-go containers!

August - Kitchen Basics
SKILLS: The kids and teens do all of the work in these classes: measuring, mixing, chopping, whisking, kneading, using the stove, and using the oven, to name a few! We will practice some science, math, and even art along the way.

What could be better than a week of baking? We’ll cover all aspects of baking from measuring and mixing to rolling dough to using yeast to make bread rise! Here’s a menu of what we’ll be making each day during camp:
MONDAY: Individual pans of cinnamon rolls
TUESDAY: Cookies
WEDNESDAY: Scones & biscuits
THURSDAY: Individual cakes decorated with fondant and buttercream

We’ll be making all of these delicious foods from scratch, giving your kid the confidence to make anything at home! Here’s a menu of what we’ll be making each day during camp:
MONDAY: Mexico: individual enchiladas
TUESDAY: Japan: ramen and dumplings
WEDNESDAY: France: sweet and savory crepes
THURSDAY: Greece: flatbread, hummus, tzatziki, chicken shwarma
SUMMER CAMP 3: KITCHEN BASICS
AUGUST #1: August 12-15 | 10AM-noon | Ages 8-11
AUGUST #2: August 12-15 | 1:00-3:00PM | Age 11+
We’ll give you a go-to list of favorites for every meal of the week, and give your kids the confidence to do the cooking!
MONDAY: Breakfast: homemade English muffins, eggs 3 ways, parfaits
TUESDAY: Lunch: farm-fresh tomato soup, grilled cheese, pasta salad
WEDNESDAY: Dinner: homemade rolls, fried chicken, mashed potatoes
THURSDAY: Snacks & Dessert: chocolate chip cookie pie, energy bites, banana splits with homemade ice cream
