Recipe: Pancakes!

In light of our global pandemic, I’m trying to look at the glass half-full right now. Yesterday, I saw so many families out for a walk and it was wonderful! I also see the opportunity to spend some time getting creative in the kitchen. Check back often in the next several weeks to see what kid-friendly recipes we post, plus tips to involve your kids in the kitchen.

One of the recipes my kids make most often is pancakes. They are pretty well balanced, not too hard to make, and a double or triple batch will stay for a few days in the fridge, or you can save them for longer in the freezer. Plus, the batter can double for waffles, too! We’ve also included a quick recipe for applesauce if you’re looking for a bit more. Give our recipe a try and let us know what you think!
